About Me

My name is Morgan Markowitz and I've been working in the birth field in the Abq area since 2017. In that time I've attended over 40 births in the hospital, at home and at birth centers as a doula and student midwife. I understand the physiological process of birth and am a skilled birth attendant.
I believe birth is not only a physical event but a spiritual, mental and emotional rite of passage. My goal is to support you through this special and sometimes overwhelming time with compassion, knowledge and mindfulness.
I feel especially called to nurture women during postpartum as I know what a beautiful yet vulnerable time it can be.
